Background & Objectives

This programme aims to equip students with relevant professional knowledge and training and nurture them to become professional dental hygienists. The programme provides a fine balance of theoretical and practical education, with a focus on knowledge about oral health including periodontal disease, dental caries and oral health promotion etc., in parallel with clinical training at The Jockey Club Dental Care Training Centre.
